Long before Wise Boatbuilding took a berth at Gold Coast City Marina, the family was building and working boats. The photographs on this page come straight from the family album: timber launches on the water, the old boatshed at the end of the jetty, a way of working passed down through generations.
That tradition is still how we work today. With more than fifteen years of experience, Mark Wise and his team provide excellence in boat repair, restoration and refit. We specialise as shipwrights, and we are highly skilled and practiced across the trades that surround the craft: joinery, varnishing, fibreglass and interior work.
We have completed jobs from small leisure boats to large commercial vessels and superyachts. There is no project too small or too big, and every one gets the same attention to detail.
